Congress Education and Gender

Educational congress for teachers on gender issues and discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation organized by Sophie Brunodet of the educational department of BILOURA.

Performance interventions during the congress by BILOURA Collective. In collaboration with: La Tenda della Luna, Il Ponte di Irene, Centro Studi Sereno Regis, Centro Relazioni e Famiglie Città di Torino, Centro Antiviolenza Città di Torino, Servizio LGBT Città di Torino.

Finestre sul Giovane Teatro IX

Artistic residencies in Brazil
2015-2016

BILOURA is invited to Brazil to participate to several residencies of creation in collaboration with 3 Brazilian artists. 3-month residencia artistica rural SAMAUMA (Mogi das Cruzes, São Paulo), one week-long intercultural art exchange residency at Nu.Vi.Ar (Matao, Brazil) and one week artistic residency at SESC Parati with the presentation of SERENADE in January 2016.

ODI

27 November 2015

Public presentation of the final performance of the intercultural theatre workshop "ODI - Cantami o Musa le differenze tra noi" with refugees and locals of Valchiusella  - 27 November 2015 in Alice Superiore. In collaboration with: Spazio Baobab – centre for Afro dances of Ivrea, Les Voix Qui Dansent – female choir of African songs of Ivrea, Municipality of Alice Superiore, social cooperative Leone Rosso.

ARTISTIC RESIDENCY
IN GRAN CANARIA

Two-month international artistic residency ending with the musical theatre performance EL SONIDO DE LA MEMORIA on the theme of individual and collective memory. Final performance of the DREAM PROJECT in collaboration with the contemporary art space Zoppa de Azul (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) on 7 December 2013 at El Gallinero cultural space and 14 December 2013 Biblioteca Insular Gran Canaria.

A series of site-specific performances in urban areas created by 5 international artists of BILOURA touring Italy, Switzerland and France between June and August 2013.
