It therefore organises long-term projects and research paths in collaboration with different partners, coming from various disciplines inside and outside the artistic field.

The topics affronted are approached from a variety of disciplinary approaches and 'digested' over years of study and work.

The path of creative investigation is shared with the public through performances and cultural events 'along the way' and usually ends with a performance production, which is then suitable for circulation. Alongside the thematic projects, the Collective maintains a series of specific projects, linked to the methodologies that BILOURA has developed over time and to its own particular artistic identity.

One area is dedicated to international artistic exchange, i.e. the methodological - practical and theoretical - meeting of performers who work internationally and exchange knowledge. One other is related to artistic interventions in situations of social marginality, particularly related to inter-ethnic and intercultural fragilities.
